These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC's") are concluded between the brand Tanural, distributed by Purnatural Distribution SARL located at 15 Rue Bouju 49400 Saumur, and on the other hand, any person who has made a purchase on the website tanural.com, hereinafter referred to as "the customer".

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions under which the Client can access the site and order products on Tanural.com, and to detail the rights and obligations of Tanural and the Client.

The General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Tanural and the customer. Any customer placing an order agrees to fully comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

These General Terms and Conditions were updated on October 5, 2023. Tanural reserves the right to modify its General Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a modification, the applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in effect at the time of the order placed by the customer.
Price
Selling price
The selling prices are indicated, for each of the products listed in the catalog, in euros including all taxes, excluding delivery and transport costs mentioned before order validation and charged as an extra.
The total amount due from the consumer is indicated on the order confirmation page.
The selling price of the product is the one in effect on the day of the order.
The selling price of the products does not include shipping costs charged in addition to the price, nor customs duties if applicable.
Modification of selling prices
Tanural reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Additional costs
The additional transport, delivery, or postage fees, of which the customer may have been informed before placing the order, are specified on the order form on the summary page. Certain customs duties (e.g., Switzerland) applied at the borders may be imposed by the competent authorities, without Tanural being held responsible.

The items are described in the most precise and accurate manner possible, mentioning their essential characteristics. Tanural is committed to ensuring that the images of the products are as true to the products that will actually be delivered to the customer as possible.
Use
These products are only available to individuals. Tanural is committed to providing the customer with all the necessary elements for the proper use of its cosmetic products. Tanural cannot be held responsible for damages caused by improper use of the products sold on its site or by non-compliance with the usage precautions.
Availability
Products are offered and delivered subject to availability. In case of unavailability, Tanural commits to immediately inform the customer and to offer equivalent products or a voucher for the amount of the order that can be used for any future order. In case of a persistent disagreement, the customer's refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Payment
Due date
Once the order is confirmed, the customer automatically accepts the T&Cs. The price is payable in full after confirmation of the order. Payment is made immediately upon ordering by credit card.

Securing online payments allowing the customer to encrypt the transmission of their banking data via our security payment partner. At no time will the consumer's banking data pass through our internal computer system.

Delivery
Costs & Deadline
Delivery charges are explicitly stated on the site on the "Delivery & Returns" page. The amount of delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery address of the order.
The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen by the customer, as indicated on the site at the time of the order. The delivery times for an order include its preparation, shipping, and transportation to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Under normal conditions, the order will be processed as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
In order to facilitate the delivery of the order by the carrier, the customer agrees to make the necessary efforts to allow the delivery of the package: name visible on the mailbox, transmission of the digicode, phone number.

Delivery location
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer on their order form.
Delay in delivery
In case of a delivery delay of more than 5 working days, the customer must inform customer service, which will implement the necessary and appropriate actions.
Return and right of withdrawal
The customer has a right of return of 14 days from the receipt of their order to return any item that does not suit them and request an exchange or refund, except for the return shipping costs which remain at their expense.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete, allowing for resale as new. Any product that has been opened or damaged by the consumer will not be accepted.
In case of withdrawal, Tanural will refund the total amount of payments received. Either by retrocrediting the consumer's credit card or PayPal account.
Intellectual property
All visual, sound, or textual elements visible on the site are the exclusive property of Tanural. Any reproduction or representation of the Tanural brand is prohibited.
The reproduction of any page or content is subject to prior written permission from Tanural. For more information on the intellectual property of the Site, the client is invited to consult the Privacy Policy in the Legal Notices.
Personal data
In accordance with the law relating to data processing, files, and freedoms of January 6, 1978 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the personal information of the client may be subject to automated processing by Tanural.
Disputes & Claims
In case of a dispute, the customer must contact Tanural's customer service by email: hello@tanural.com in order to attempt to resolve this dispute informally.
Tanural shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of its products.
This contract and the General Terms and Conditions governing it are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, only the commercial court of Saumur will have jurisdiction.
